From Home, press and hold the parent icon for about two seconds. On other screens, a maths parental gate appears for grown-up actions. If you set an optional 4-digit Parent PIN, that can be used instead of the maths gate.

Return to Home and tap the current avatar, or use Who is learning? from the Parent Area. One device can hold up to eight child profiles, each with their own avatar, languages, progress, and settings.

In the Parent Area, select the child profile and open Time Limit. When the session ends, LingoSprout shows a warm “Time to rest” screen. A parent can exit by switching profiles or adding +15 minutes—both behind the grown-up gate.

Calm Mode softens sound, movement, and visual celebrations for children who prefer a quieter experience. Learning content and earned progress stay the same.

Open the Parent Area, select a profile, then choose Learning Language. Each profile can use any of the supported languages, with an optional separate translation language.

In the Parent Area, select the profile and choose Delete Profile. To wipe all local information, use the reset option in app settings or remove the app and its data using your device settings. Deletion cannot be undone because progress is not backed up to an account.

Open the Parent Area, choose Premium, then select Restore. On iPhone or iPad, use the same Apple ID that unlocked Premium. On Android, use the same Google Play account.
